Programme Shop in Edinburgh

For any Edinburgh based Scotspurs, there is a programme shop down Leith way, about two minutes from Easter Road Stadium. They usually have a decent range of Spurs programmes as well as loads of other programmes from every possible occasion. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. They also have a website which is updated with new material on a regular basis. To visit their site click on the image to the left.

Spurs Programme Collector & Historian

I am hoping to put together a regular publication for collectors of Spurs programmes and other collectables. I am unsure of any such publications at the present time and feel that if there is not any then it may be a worthwhile addition to the Tottenham related publications already out there such as the fanzines, MEHSTG, CADD (which i believe is coming to an end), The Cockerel Crows and One Flew Over Seamans Head.
I would really appreciate some feedback on this to see if the demand would be there and if any of you may be interested in contributing by way of articles etc. If you have any comments or ideas then please contact me at tartanspurs@yahoo.co.uk

Spurs Programmes

Over the years Spurs have played in many prestigous matches and for these games programmes will be sought after. Collecting programmes for some fans is nothing more than a habit, like having a pint before the game, but for others it can be serious business. The programme pictured left will for example will probably be very rare indeed and is somewhat more appealing than more modern issues. Who knows what sort of price a piese of old gold like this would go for.
Even some more modern issues are already sought after with the programme for Tottenham's visit to play in the last match at Filbert Street already changing hands for up to £20 what price in a few more years?
As for the current Matchday Magazine i feel its nowhere near the standard that it should be for a club like Spurs. Clubs such as Norwich and Charlton produced very good Issues last season and dare i say the Arsenal programme was better value for money than our own.
If there is anyone who would like to get in touch regarding Spurs Programmes that they may have for sale then contact us at - tartanspurs@yahoo.co.uk
