Mike made his FC Scotspurs debut between the sticks in April 2009 against Beechwood Albion at Stirling University. Despite being on the wrong end of a 9-1 thrashing Mike was one of the players of the night, keeping the score in single figures with a string of fine saves.
That was to be his one and only appearance in 2008/09, but he was back in time for our John White Memorial Match with Bairnfica AFC at Alloa Athletic's Recreation Park on 19/07/09 and once again performed heroics as we eventually fell 3-1 to the more physical and experienced Bairns.

Steve is one of the founder members of FC Scotspurs and is an integral part of the set up.
